Incoming control

Inward inspection sends passing material to stores. A failure moves to external hardening, coating, or grinding, then returns for recheck.

Stores release to production and machining. Final inspection either passes to finished stores or loops back to production.

Dispatch & close

Passing components move through stores and dispatch back to the customer.
