A disciplined route reduces ambiguity before machining begins and keeps inspection connected to the original requirement.

  1. 01

    Drawing received

Files and commercial requirements enter a controlled review.

  2. 02

    Requirement review

Geometry, material, quantity, and inspection expectations are clarified.

  3. 03

    Manufacturability

Engineering assesses setup strategy and areas that need alignment.

  4. 04

    Quotation

Scope is translated into a clear manufacturing proposal.

  5. 05

    Material control

Material and available traceability documentation are verified.

  6. 06

    CAD/CAM planning

Programs, tool paths, fixtures, and checkpoints are prepared.

  7. 07

    Machining

The part moves through the planned milling or turning operations.

  8. 08

    In-process checks

Key characteristics are checked during manufacture where applicable.

  9. 09

    Final inspection

Why engineering teams keep the conversation moving.

Requirement-led planning

Drawing, material, process, and inspection expectations are reviewed together.

Prototype-to-production thinking

Early parts are considered with the next manufacturing stage in view.

Evidence without inflated claims

We show the processes, components, and facility evidence we can substantiate.

One accountable manufacturing route

CAD/CAM, machining, verification, and release remain connected.
